Shipping rates:

We offer FREE SHIPING on all USA and Puerto Rico First Class (Economy) orders and DELIVERY in Coronado and San Diego, California area with a purchase of $50 or more.

USPS Shipping: Our warehouse is still promptly shipping all of your orders (within 24-48 hours, business days). But we have noticed USPS is experiencing high volumes of shipments and are experiencing some delays in the delivery of some of your packages. Not all packages are delayed. If you need a package by a specific (near) date and time, text us via WhatsApp at 787-513-3681 and we'd be happy to assist you or if you're local, we can deliver your order! We ship out via USPS First Class (Economy) and Priority Mail (Standard). 

Shipping Schedule: DOMESTIC We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10am to 5pm. We do our best to ship all orders within  1-2 business days of being placed. If you need to make a change to your order or address, it can only be done if order has not been fulfilled. Once an order ships, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order.
At checkout, we provide the option to add 'signature confirmation' for an additional $3.00. Signature Confirmation needs a signature upon being delivered. If no one is available, they will try to delivery again the next day or hold it at your local post office. It will not be left at the door or mailbox.
If you live in Coronado and San Diego, we can deliver your order of $50 or more.

Our 14 day return policy remains the same for deliveries - 14 days begin from the day your order is delivered. If order is delivered after 14 days, the return period will have expired, therefore you won't be able to return for exchange or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!

Priority Shipping (Domestic) - Please allow between 1-3 business days once you receive the shipping confirmation email. SHIPS WITH USPS- SHIPPING TO USA, PUERTO RICO & CANADA only. 

Gift Cards Gift cards purchased via the website are emailed to the email used when placing order. No physical card is sent out. Our goal is to get our dolls their goodies as quickly as possible!

Tracking Your Package: To track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Then simply go to www.USPS.com & track your package! If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us at peaceandrockpr@gmail.com .

Lost or Stolen Packages: We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost / stolen packages please track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Then you must call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information. USPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible. Delivery. You're in Coronado or San Diego and don't want to pay shipping? No problem! We can deliver your order of $50 or more. Just let us know at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm, so if you need your order for the weekend, please call and let us know. Deliveries are ready within 24 hours of order being placed. If you need your items rush, text us via WhatsApp for delivery options. Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Peace And Rock purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 14 days of having received your order. Customer will be responsible for all returning shipping costs. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. We cannot guarantee availability on items. Final sale items (not regular priced items, sale, discount codes, flash sales) cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit.  

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. We are not responsible for washed items even if following wash instructions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.

All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, flash sale or during sitewide sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.

The following items are also final sale for hygienic reasons (full price): bodysuits, bralettes, swimwear + jewelry.


If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to peaceandrockpr@gmail.com. We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges all depend on availability item/size/color availability. Item is not guaranteed until we email you confirmation. 

Store Credits

Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return/exchange. We will inspect the items, process the return in our system and send you an email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to use it. Once you receive your store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at www.peaceandrock.com. Online store credits are not transferrable. Store credit value cannot be used towards shipping costs; only applicable on merchandise.
